"This place is awful. I pulled up the ramp in my car with an infant, just one week old and my wife. I told they first parking attendant that I wanted to drive up a little bit to a flat road so it'll be easier for me to pull out the wagon, the baby and the mother that just gave birth. First parking attendant agreed and told me to pull up to the left on flatter road to make it easier for the baby to get into the carriage without any accidents. This other guy walks out of the office and starts yelling at me telling me what are you doing, don't you see the stop sign you have to stop there right at the top of the ramp. I told him I have an infant with me along with the baby's mama who just gave birth and it would be easier for me to get everyone out of the car safely without any accidents or mishaps. He then went back in the office to get a parking ticket for me. As he comes out he sees me taking a video of the perimeter of my vehicle just to ensure that when it comes out there aren't any new scratches or scuffs on the bumper. That's the same barking attendant then started yelling at me telling me that you Jews are all the same and if I don't trust him to park my car there then I shouldn't come here. He then went back into his office ripped up the parking ticket and told me to leave. And complete shock my wife and I approach him and say excuse me sir there's nothing wrong with us documenting on how we leave the car with you. We would need to see if there are any new scratches upon picking up the car which is normal protocol. Especially based on their reviews on how they treat cars here. He then starts cursing at us stands right in front of the vehicle and demands us to leave. I told him they said big deal and he should come down and I'll just park the car and I'll pick it up in a couple hours. Again demanding that we leave. Honestly I don't mind paying for good service along with quality customer service. The owner of this place needs to get rid of these low salary probably illegal status working parking attendance and start paying a little bit more money and get better employees to serve this customers correctly, and properly. I will be reporting this company to the BBB, the department of Labor along with the department of consumer affairs."

"Took my Porsche here to park while I went to grab dinner everything seemed normal upon dropping off my car. Until I came to pick up my vehicle and the valet driver couldn’t even look me in the eye when giving me my keys back. I had a feeling something was up so only to be notified by my dash camera of hard accelerations / launches reported of speeds up to 45mph on that tiny garage area. He launched my vehicle twice and proceeded to finally park the vehicle then rev the engine multiple times for no reason….. totally unacceptable. I bring my vehicle to a garage so i don’t have exterior damage in the street not to be abused mechanically by one of your inconsiderate valet drivers…."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS Even 1 ⭐️ is WAY TOO MUCH FOR THIS PARKING Last Saturday, 06/01/24, I took my car to park it here, and a guy, supposedly named Joan, greeted me. I return an hour later, at exactly 3:57pm and I find my car ALMOST in the same place where I leaved it, with the hood open, smoking and without being able to grab any of the gears, since it is a stick car; When I asked what happened, the guy who was there (Colombian) told me that he had just arrived and that he didn't know what had happened, since the person who did the damage, LEFT!!! “Because his schedule was over.” Given this whole scenario, I began to ask the other employees what happened, and none of them gave me an answer. After several hours of discussion and raising my voice, without getting any response, I called the police, and they agreed to call me the manager (Bryan) who on the phone told me that he would not be responsible, because he was not in NYC, bc He was 2 hours away with his family, and did not have access to the cameras. To which I tell him that it is not possible for something like this to happen in his company and he simply tells me that he is not going to take responsibility, when evidently it was damage that “Joan” made. . To which he responded that it was a mechanical problem with my car, and that I had to take my car with a tow truck and pay the necessary expenses because he was not responsible... and to date, I have not received any call from him, to Tell me if I check the cameras or not. In the end I had to take my car to the mechanic and cover the expenses caused by the useless and dishonest employee! So my advice, DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They tell you with validation you get $5 off a RIP-OFF price of $22. And then the place they tell you gives you a validation DOES NOT!!!! On top of that, they throw your key at you and tell you to go get your own car. And they pretend to speak Spanish only. UNREAL"

"Was there Friday 11/22/19 at 9:00 pm . The young men took the vehicle give us a ticket and we left . Upon returning we paid $12 fee. Next day ( daytime)while using our vehicle we noticed the inside looked very empty and discovered many of our personal items was missing including money.Thera is no phone number online to call to report this issue."
