"Some perspective via my singular parking experience at this lot: I reserved and paid for a spot ahead of time on ParkWhiz app for 48 hr parking period. We parked on Saturday morning and left it with the attendant. Picked up the car on Sunday evening- same attendant - and all was fine! It's a concrete slab in a busy area but we had no issues. Will park here again in the future- it's conveniently located next to Penn Station."

"Rip off artists, do not patronize. They would not release my car unless I paid them an additional $25, although I had paid on line with Way.com, $30 for parking there. Obviously a scam, as Way sent me there, and the attendant parked my car after reviewing my paid online reservation. I was with three kids, they were people waiting, after a Red Bull game. Rude scammers. Avoid."
