"I had a really disappointing experience at this parking lot. I booked a 3-day parking, but was charged extra for re-entry due to their policy of one entry and exit. So I paid $90 for 14 hours. And they said I wouldn’t be able to argue.Lack of flexibility and unexpected charges made my experience unpleasant. I just can't believe they have such unreasonable rules , which don't make any sense. If you have to park here, make sure to read all terms before booking to avoid surprises."

"Very bad customer service. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. We decided to leave a day earlier and they refused to reimburse us for the day's overpayment. The company only thinks about making money and has no regard for customer service."

"Its right next to where I live. So, I have no option but to have a monthly parking here. But for the cost they charge $240, I believe there needs to be a major infrastructure revamp on the inside. Marking lines are blurry. There are no mirrors in place to cover blind spots in turns. It would look like an abandoned building if the cars where removed. Please plan on getting paint jobs done if you want to have customers get what they pay for."

"Once my son is not able to add any additional comments on our problem, As he wrote, our car stay on this place on the 1st level of hotel exit from 12/22 to 12/26 at spot 3. I forgot to put a dark blue luggage in the car. Since them, I called several times, coming back to the place and was so poor attended by the cashier. I spoke with Manager by phone on 12/30 around 10:00am, he promised to check the camera and after 20 hours, no Then, I called him agaín, now he told the camera is not working properly and the Tech is going to check what the It means, after 5 days I am just waiting for someone check the camera and let me know what Thinking quality service post sales, it is a kind of company that has zero concern with the customer. The manager told that he “expect” to give some feedback this week."
