"An embarrassment as a garage. It is absolutely in your best interest to go to the garage next to this instead. I stopped by with family on a Sunday night when the attendant was insanely rude to the crowd of cars waiting. He freaked out on my sister for reversing ‘too quickly’, when we had a rear view mirror and was only trying to make it easier for him to move a vehicle (he was clearly overwhelmed). When he realized he was overreacting, he went to yell and insult us and refused our vehicle. I’ve never noticed an attendant or even employee yell at people. Terrible service, would never recommend it to anyone."

"Onsite people are generally great except there has been a decent turnover recently. The problem is MPG management where they don’t even know how to put an automatic payment in-place even after they asked for it. They have always come back to me for “late fee” and putting me liable for. The management team or their accounting team doesn’t even reach out to ask for or confirm payment info and have a random attendant asking for payments. Very disrespectful aweful experience where the management wants the payment but doesn’t know how to have their customers pay."

"Was a monthly customer for over 3 years, had my car hit and they took over a year to reimburse me. On top of it I was paying for a premium spot for over 3 years and they just sold my spot out from under me while my car was getting work done. Oh yeah and one of the managers a few years back threatened me, almost forgot that. The regular staff there are nice enough but management is horrible, and they have managers that actually don't speak english... Park somewhere else."

"Im working in LIC for the summer and pulled into this lot about 7:50AM. Pulled up about midway into the entrance to the lot and the rudest attendant I probably have ever come across in my 39 years as a New Yorker comes storming at my car and shouting at me. Apparently he wanted everyone rounding the corner outside the lot with about a dozen school buses pulling up to drop off children. Why? I have no idea as the entry way to this lot is humongous and can accommodate about a half dozen cars. Im not sure if he found his wife cheating on him the evening before and chose to come into work looking for a fight. I asked him why he simply couldnt ask me politely to pull my car back as I was unaware of his parking protocol in what he thinks is his personal lot but that seemed to trigger him further. He kept shouting obscenities at me and told me to get my car out of the lot if I didn't know what the F$#%K I was doing. BTW, my coworkers haven't faced that level of aggression but claim that the other sexist employees will constantly hit on them. Sorry for the rant but just needed to put this out there as I have been fuming all morning and afternoon. Do yourself a favor and park a block before in the other lot. The people who work there are sweethearts and don't seem to have the same issues controlling their aggressive and sexual impulses. Who the hell hires these people?"

"I parked my car around 8:10 a.m. on 11/30/2017. No one was in the parking garage and a guy with an accent showed up 5 min later. Then, told me "pull up your car there next time." with an attitude. He did not even say, " how are you or good morning." He treated me as a kid with an attitude. I am 40 this year.. are you kidding me? I asked his name and manager's name. He said, " I am Loui*. There is no manager and he is busy?" Thank you for polite response. And he told me to stay in there because he needs to do his job, looking at my car and pointing out scratches. Lol!! I know that you are doing your job. The problem is... the way you are talking!!! It threw me to the roof in the morning. Then, I said " thank you so much." And he replied to me " bye!" Wow.... I never had this kind of experience in any of the places. Please avoid this place... there are tons of other parking garages around. Surprisingly,I found out that the guy was a manager. I WILL NEVER GO BACK."
