"Been here 3yrs, worst parking garage ever. A luxury car was recently stolen out of the garage. Multiple tenants have reported damage (they outsource the claim and never have photos like they claim they take). Staff smokes cigs inside garage despite escalation with building owners. Staff smokes out the non public levels with cigs and marijuana - had to go down there with a tow truck bc a light was left on. Have had to Uber countless times bc of delays due to negligent staff. Insane management, lazy staff except for maybe 3 people that work hard. Staff will threaten you if you get upset your car is an hour late."
"Do Not Park Here. My husband, 2-year-old daughter, and I parked at the 1 Bell Slip Parking garage in Greenpoint, NY. We requested our car via text message at 9:52 PM, as indicated by their sign in the garage. When we arrived a few minutes later, the garage attendant was nowhere to be found. We ended up waiting for over an hour until our car was retrieved. I called the garage number, but it went to voicemail. We also spoke to the doorman of the residential building multiple times, who tried contacting the garage attendant to no avail. It is unacceptable to charge for parking and then make customers wait over an hour for their vehicle in a 24-hour garage. Fortunately, I was only a visitor. We waited with another couple who live in the building, pay over $500 per month, and regularly deal with this issue. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem with this parking company. I put in a formal complaint with 311 and submitted time-stamped photos showing our text message to the garage, a phone call to the garage, a picture of the receipt, and the time our car was retrieved. I've spent over 32 years in this city and have never experienced this before."
"The service is really not great. Everytime I request a car to be ready it never is and I end up waiting 20 mins to just get the car. If they advertise the service of requesting your vehicle for it to be ready, and there is no follow through, what really is the point of it?"
"To the greatest manager Charles who always wants you to pay but never provides good services. He didn’t charge my car properly and tried to make me pay for it. Also told me ‘you shouldn’t have an EV car’ with bad attitude. I’m paying a lot of rent for the apartment but have to deal with this kind of stuff all the time. The other people in the team are friendly though."
"Attendants are polite helpful and on point. I have never gone down to get my car in the morning for work and found that it isn’t ready for me. They are organized even at busy times. Derek has always been friendly and provides excellent service."
