"I work in the area often on Saturdays and this is the lot for the NJPAC faculty discount. It's also open on Sundays. It's been bought by SP+ Parking. It gets the job done but the lot is deep on each floor so be aware of this in relation to the elevator closest to NJPAC which is only on one side of the garage. (This can be a long walk to that elevator if you park way in the back. I tend to just walk up the ramp.) There are two entrances. The easiest one to get to is on Centre Street but the "main" one is on Park Place. Rates fluctuate depending whether a performance at NJPAC is happening the day or night you park. I like that you can now pay either at the machines near the escalator before coming down to your car or with the machine on the way out while still in your car. There's very little sign of staff in the lot early on Saturday mornings but more are around in the afternoon and evening. This lot is your best underground option for NJPAC parking."

"Super clean, well-kept parking garage right across from NJPAC. During events, there's a flat-rate parking, which is pretty reasonable. I've seen it range from $10 to $20 depending on the size and prestige of the event. As someone else mentioned, it's the kind of place that you feel safe walking to your car even late at night. There are attendants at pretty much all the entrances and I've never seen an unsavory character wandering around inside."

"For $10 (8:00am-12:15pm), I got the early bird special (all day $10 including tax). I self-parked in Area C which was outside. 5 minute walk to One Newark Center. Seemed secure and was easy."
