"If you have a Model Y would avoid wasting your time going here for an inspection. Not sure if they just didn't want to do it or they don't know the Model Y is classified as a SUV. Told me the rear windows were tinted and that it would fail inspection. The rear windows come tinted from the factory and NY has no laws against tints on the rear windows of SUVs, only the front which have to be 70%. Went to another gas station further down Francis Lewis and got the inspection done with no issue."

"Very disappointed~ Been using this place for over 25 years (maybe more) with my small fleet of cars and probably sent over 10 families there. I also created an account 0n Yelp praising this place! I found management to be professional and courteous and their mechanics to be amazing. I cannot even figure how many thousands were spent at this location year after year! Believe me I had no remorse in paying a bit more for the quality I received Now here’s the issue: One of my vehicles had an exhaust leak that drove me crazy. So I left the car over night so when they start it,they can find the leak. I felt bad to make them do such a small job that I requested a total tune up at the same time. They actually found and fix the leak! When I picked up the car, I was told everything was done except the red ignition wires I requested. I was told that they were supposed to be in the previous week but I could not understand if they are fedex that you can track the parcel. So when I picked up the car, they asked for full payment including the ignition wires and labor. Well that’s fine but a week goes by and no wires! I drove by and spoke to the owner and explained that am totally satisfied with this place BUT I cannot understand the wires. He insisted he was doing me a favor ordering them! Really! $200is a favor? I could of bought them on amazon. Well I requested that he orders from a more reputable vendor or give me my money back. He throws $200 at me that does not cover the tax or installation! Then tells me to not come back! Well the next day, Vito, the manager calls me and said my wires came in. Great I said. I come in with the $200. Vito then tells me that the boss, tony does not want me on his property! Ok I am done with these crazy people. So I went to another service center which showed me that when gulf changed my spark plugs, they broke a wire! I called Vito but he just yelled at me ! I wrote a letter to the owner Tony and hand delivered to Vito. He came out of his office to continue to yell at me and how I am the problem! I just left. Called Amex and they could not believe this story and is disputing the charge. I feel that Tony thinks he is entitled and Vito is so stressed that it’s having an effect on his communications. "Prices are fair. Excellent service. they will not let you down. These workers are honest, straight to the point, and respectful. They can fix almost any problem you have with your car. To any of these bad reviews dont listen to them this is an awesome, trusting place to get your car fixed. These guys have been around servicing cars for decades."
