"Try to avoid this garage if you have oversize suv. I have suburban and Paid extra $15 fee for oversize fee when I reserved but still make you pay extra $10 for no reason .you have no choice but paying them if you want your car back . Never again this place"

"Very poorly managed garage. Waited for almost an hour to get our car. Only 1 person managing the whole area. It was very frustrating. I wouldn’t feel safe leaving the car here as during my wait, I saw how the cars were handled. I would never use this again and would not recommend this to anyone."

"This garage is a scam. I reserved and prepaid for a spot 10 days before on ParkWhiz and when I arrived, I was told they have zero spot. They claimed that ParkWhiz always "overbook" knowing that they don't have spots available. I knew it could not be true because they had 10 days to inform me the garage was already full, yet they didn't. When I called the customer service of ParkWhiz, I was informed this information is incorrect, there is no such thing as overbooking. This garage is supposed to honor the bookings made via ParkWhiz, it is part of the agreement. After wasting time and gas to get this garage, and spending another 10 minutes on the phone to resolve this situation, ParkWhiz was able to provide a refund and book me another garage nearby. The staff at this site just stood around, lied about the situation, and watched me put up with their poor customer service in amusement. They even had the nerve to tell me to have a great day in a sarcastic tone, knowing that they gave zero effort to assist me. I have reasons to believe this garage is scamming its customers and parking apps they partner with by not honoring reservations. They cannot be trusted. Save your time and money. Go to a different garage."
