"We should have read review first before we parked here. Do not park your car here... Everything about this place is Rubbish. There is only one way in and out. There is no other person to direct traffic. The guy here used a customer mini van in front of us to block the way in and out. He scratched the van but said it was already there. The tire was parked on the curve and hit against the pavement. We handed the guy our ticket twenties minutes ago and he held on to it until later because he had to take care of the mini van customer and one other first. When he scanned the ticket, it was over two hours and we were charged $45 instead of $40 when we were there before the two hour was up. We tried to explain to him we got there at the same time as the other but he just played dumb and didn’t want to listen. He said because the garage gate was broken he had to parked the mini van to block off the road for our car safety. “For What!!!” He argued that he had to use that customer car to blocked because the gate was broken. He afraid people would come down and smashes all the car that were parked. Our point was, he had our ticket twenties minutes ago, why didn’t he scanned it then. Instead of apologizing, he went off with broken garage gate rubbish story. Worst garage parking service in the City."

"This place is okay. Small outdoor lot. I arrive early before 730am for the early bird special and it's $18 for the day. If you come even earlier I think it's $16 plus tax. It's 1 block from The Garden so they will charge you "event rates" if there is an event whether or not you're going to the event (unless you come for the early bird special). I would've given them 4 stars had they not bullshit me about my vehicle size. I have a 5 passenger SUV and they said it was "oversized" and need to charge me $35 for early bird special (should be $18). Then he said he has no room and clearly there is room in the lot. It was 7:20am and I'm pretty sure he wanted to fill the lot with cars that come AFTER 730am so he can charge more. I park here about once a month."
