"I was wary of this place after reviews. I used this garage to park business vehicle for the night. I had no issues. People were no nicer or rude than anyone else in NY. $45 for the night. Guy in the morning got my car right away. I took off a star because walking up and down the ramp is just dangerous."
"This is a clean and well-run parking garage. We almost didn’t pick it because of past reviews, but we had a great experience dropping it off and picking it up. No delays. Super convenient to the hotels nearby."
"The attendant/manager Adam lied about the prices when we came in. He told us $42 if we arrived back by 2 pm the next day. We arrived at 12 pm the day before. Well, when we went to pick up the car early the price was $57 for parking. He said we were out of luck and we should have read the signs. So he basically got away with lying to us. Hopefully someone else reads this and will think twice about using them. They will lie to you about prices."
