"They scrape the two front rims. After looking at the video that I have recorded getting myself out the car so they can vacuum. I recorded the car so i can do a before and after look. While still filming the car came out and a huge notice on the left rim. Fresh yellow marks, same yellow rail that they have on the left side of the wash. I spoke to the person who is in charge for the video and he refuse to let me see it. Says he been in the business for 21 years and that the part where the wheel latch doesn't touch the rim... well guess what.. it did or your employer messed up when driving the car to the sloth, and the employee know they messes up because they avoid drying that side when I went towards my car and didn't give me eye contact. Reason I record this time because last time I went to this wash one of my wiper wasn't moving after the wash. DONT GO HERE!!!!"
"Bad service,my car been set there for 30 minutes and no one came to take care of it, it’s cold and make all the wet frozen all over my car, but the cars came after my car they take care of them,I bit they all forgot my car is there first. Then I told the guy who is in charge there,and he say to me that my car been frozen couldn’t do it(that because they set my car with wet under the freezing weather outside for 30 minutes no one come for it. Been there all the and I’m sure not going to go back again."
