"If you are going to KTV karaoke late and if you can help it, DO NOT PARK HERE! They close exactly at 11 pm and they will not let you drive your car out. They don't care. And they charge you $80 PER VEHICLE if you want to leave. On top of what you already pay for parking. The only other option would be to leave your car in the garage and get it the following morning for a fee. I didn't have a choice and had to pay the $80 to leave. The whole experience ruined the night since I brought friends from out of town to KTV for karaoke. It doesn't make sense to me why you have business open past midnight but parking closes at 11 pm. You're better off parking at another lot or on the street where you're allowed. Don't risk it with these crooks and save yourself the trouble."

"This garage is an absolute scam when it comes to locking people and their cars in OVERNIGHT. They literally locked their garage doors once 11:00PM hit while my friends and I came down little after 11PM to get the car and there was no one in sight to let us out. Security at the mall said all you have to do is leave the car there and come back in the morning to pick it up. Little did I know, this is probably the malls SCHEME to make people leave their cars overnight because they charged me $30 for that parking spot. I made a complaint to the teller when giving the fee and he started cursing at me in Mandarin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARKING HERE IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE HERE FOR KTV until closing time because that's how this parking lot gets to you. I did wonder why after couple years from other reviewers that this place does not change their routine for individuals to leave the garage. But now we know why....its just because they WANT to charge us that ridiculous overnight fee and give me a smirk when charging us that amount. Basically just another sleazy place that only cares about your money and not your well-being."

"There were two Chinese guys directing traffic outside the garage. My husband was walking on the sidewalk and did not see the car coming out of the garage. One of the guys started yelling at him very rude and when I asked him to be polite, he almost hit me. This is the United States of America and this kind of bullying behavior should not be tolerated."

"Recommend here if you will shopping in the Jmart. Because 2hours free parking if you buy more than $30 in Jmart (be sure the cashier stamp). And you can transfer goods from shopping cart to your car. It's very convenient. Entrance and exit is on Main street, but there is a studf will guide the pedestrian and let you in and out. The space of each parking lot is enough, not too small. But it's only self-parking, no valet parking even they state that they have underground valet parking in their website. And there is no information shown the capacity, you don't know the availability before you enter. And keep in mind it's not open 24hours."
