"I went to this place hoping it would be the answer; to give the family car some TLC and get all that "lived in" dirt and grime and food stains. The car cabin was relatively clean, however there was some dirt left under the passenger seat, the sunroof was not cleaned and there was still a stain on the back of the driver's seat. Additionally there were some dings on the outside that I thought would be worked on, instead it seems the high pressure of the wash made the last bits of paint fleck off and now they stand out even more so. I also have a row of scratches on the driver's side headlight which weren't there before. Additionally I have a RED service light on for my SRS/airbags after this car wash which was not present when I dropped it off. I dropped my car off at 9:20 am and it wasn't ready until about 4:30 pm. I don't know exactly why it took so long but that seems like a long time to wash a car. Honestly I probably would have been happier at a mechanical car wash with an army of guys at the end who do all the little things, because it would have been almost as clean at 1/4 the price, it certainly would not have taken all day, and I would have working airbags."
