"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at BP gas station, located at 166-15 Horace Harding Expy, Queens, NY 11365. I went to this gas station to fill gas in my car and pay in cash because their cash rates are slightly less than credit/debit card charge. Unfortunately, my visit left me quite disappointed due to the refusal to accept cash as a form of payment and the unpleasant customer service I encountered at the hands of the Supervisor/Employee (sitting in cabin, I recall his name was Farouqui OLD LOOKING). As per New York State Law I have the option to pay for gas with cash, and I was taken aback when the above-mentioned employee/supervisor informed me that cash payments were not accepted, and I must pay a higher rate for the gas which is charged for credit/debit card customers. Furthermore, I was surprised by the rudeness exhibited by the above-mentioned supervisor when I inquired about the cash policy. The tone and demeanor of this employee were unprofessional and left me feeling unwelcome."

"I when there for gas and I put my loyalty number in the system but paid cash the guy want to charge 365 9/10 gallon but if I paid cash is 355 9/10 gallon. He didn't want to change the price, but he noticed I knew what I was doing. He asked me to change the pump. He changed the price for cash, but he didn't want me to add my loyalty. It's very bad since I always go for BP gas station Happy Father's Day all"

"I went to cash my scratch out lottery cards there and the old guy there wouldn’t tell me how much I won, he just wanted me to buy more scratch out cards. I explained I wanted the cash. Then he said he didn’t have any cash. Then I said, let me have the receipt for my winnings. The old guy said, “ you are just here for the money”, I never seen you around here before (as if that mattered) He eventually gave me my cash and receipts but he clearly didn’t want to give me any cash. BP needs better customer service. He needs to be informed the customer has a preference and it’s not upto him to make a choice for the customer."

"Do not go there to fill your tires! I went in to fill my tires as they were a little low with air. I paid twice and notice my tires were looking even flatter. I then see that there is a leak in the hose and told the gas station attendant working that my tires now have no air. He had no consideration and didn’t even want to acknowledge the issue or offer any kind of resolution. He just simply indicated that someone used it right before me so the machine must be okay. And now there is an extra charge for using a credit card! I will not be returning there!!"
