Secaucus Junction Pick-up

"Once you’re used to this place, it’s easy. But until you’re familiar, it’s quite difficult to navigate. Getting to NYC proves to be simple as there are many signs clearly saying “NYC” so you know where to go. For major events such as MetLife concerts, additional signage is posted that says “Concert This Way.” If you need assistance, the workers are very knowledgeable and will be able to help. If you’re switching trains, you better be quick. There is not enough time to dilly dally and at times, you better prepare to run. I haven’t spent much time in the station itself but it seems clean and well maintained. Confusing at first, but easy once you get used to it."

"Station is slightly dated and signage isn't perfect but somewhat easy to navigate if your accustomed to rail stations. Easy on and off train, and pick up location was massive which made the uber pick up super easy."

"I found this station very difficult to navigate as there was no clear signage or anyone to ask for help if you required assistance. As a passenger with a disability it was also hard to locate the elevators. The lack of clear signage for both elevators and tracks resulted in me missing my connecting train."

"An excellent transportation hub. There are four major transportation areas that handle the train traffic. It is relatively easy to navigate the train tracks. You must have a ticket to get into some of the train tracks while other tracks are open to entry without a ticket. The Junction is clean. There is plenty of parking available and there is a passenger pickup area next to the Junction."

"Come through here often for a transfer to Philly and love the layout, the signage is excellent which makes it easy to find your train. Seems fairly new and it’s always clean. Wish there was more options for food and beverages but luckily my transfers are always 15-25mins so I’m not here long."
