"Good service. The guys who work there have always been nice, helpful, and informative. Only downside is the wait times sometimes because they get super busy especially weekends. I recommend getting there right as it opens to beat the crowds."

"Came here on a Saturday 9am appointment, got me in fairly quickly. Took about 1.5hours, but I shopped while I waited. The garage was clean, tires were in order. Very satisfied. If you have tires larger than 18, most likely you will need to pre order."

"8/9/18.. I purchase my 4 tires with warranty at the Secaucus location a couple of years back , I currently have a screw on 1 tire, so just to be sure I call about 5 times in a 3 hours period when someone finally answered the phone (Ernest) you can't hardly understand him, he was asking all my questions to someone else, I ask to speak to the other person, he apologized stating it was his 1st day at the job, I reply "is OK thank you" then I was connected with ALEXANDER he was NO HELP at all none of my question had an answered, all I got from him was an attitude heavy breading on the phone like if I was annoying him and all his reply was " you have to come in" so I ask at what time the tire department open on Saturday... he said "7 am but we have other appointments so i don't know if we going to be able to assist you at 7 am"... now that I know I can make an appointments I asked what available time you have for Saturday and he said 2 pm.... 8/11/18 I came in at 1 pm and was told i was not on the appointment book and made another appointment for 8/17/18 at 7 am .. Jose took my car in an hour latter he tells me they not able to patch the tired that I need a new one and is not cover under warranty, a new tire was order and Jose made me an appointment for 8/18/18 at 12 pm stating since the order was placed so early in the day the tires was going to be deliver the next day no latter than 10 am .. the next day 8/18/18 I get there was told the tire was not in the delivery they receive that morning to come back on 8/20/18.... On Monday 8/20/18 I was serviced by JEFFRY he told me the tire was not there....SO I VENT with him he took the time to listen and check my file in the system.... there he notice that tired arrived on 8/18/18 but JOSE order the wrong tired size, the tire that I needed for my car was in stock all alone and is cover under the warranty... While I waited for Jeffry to put the tire on my car I asked to speak to the supervisor or a manager so Julio was page twice and he never came to hear me out, I figure he was busy so I left him a note and my phone number and till today I haven't received a call from him.. I write this because my experience was unnecessary. I shouldn't had to gone through this if the staff knew how to do their job properly and had some customer service training to better assist the customers. At the end of the day I have to acknowledge Liz that page Julio (supervisor) for me and was so apologetic when Julio did not respond to any of the pages. I am very understanding to know is not her fault and that she is doing her job the best she can. A shout out to Jeffry for taking the time to hear me out, read my file and research the system, keep up the good job Sam's Club need more like you"

"This is my 3th time trying to change my tires in this place. There is no front desk person. The staff there treat you as they are doing you a favor. I wait 20 minutes and no budy bother to ask what i need. Never again. Need more friendly staff."
