"August 5th, Paid $54 for 3 hours to park while they were “full” but the older man who was Spanish asked my gf if she understood Spanish. They discussed pricing in Spanish . Just to realize after; they stole an item from my car. An African man & older man who mainly speaks Spanish were working at the time."

"If I can rate this parking place 0 stars then I would. The attendants were so sketchy and mentioned that this parking location was only for "members" and that he was fine with receiving $20 in cash. Little did I know that one of the attendants pocketed our parking fee and charged us ANOTHER $20 to even get our car out of the parking lot. I HIGHLY recommend that you should park elsewhere."

"This wasn't bad, but it felt a little unorganized for me, I think it's best to follow the actors room to room and then explore. Also if it wasn't for needing to use the restroom, I would have never known we could take pictures to download...if they mentioned it in the beginning we missed that. The girls did enjoy themselves though."

"Oh totally avoid it… We booked directly through their website for 721 10th Ave Spot. We paid $25 for unlimited parking and we booked 2 spots. $25 each car. We booked this place because our new year party venue was close to this parking spot. It was raining on 31st in NYC and we were glad we had parking closed to the venue, little did we know we'll be drenched in rain. We reached this spot (721 10th Ave) and they did not allow us, saying it is full. God, in this technology age, can’t you find that you don’t have space and don’t let anyone book at their website or send a text that ‘space is booked so plz try other icon location’. At the gate, we argued about this and don’t forget it was raining too. They told us plz go to nearest icon parking spot which was at 309 E 54th St. I was like I booked this so that we could walk less. But no, they did not even hear us. We drove to a new location as we did not have any choice. Anyway, we reached 309 E 54th St, but god, it was more terrible. The attendant had no clue why earlier parking spot sent us here. He was like we are full and we cannot take you. Both were Icon parking locations. I was with my friends were literally blocking the lane and waiting to go inside and in the whole process, it was raining making it more badly. We even asked the attendant, plz talk to your counterpart cause they sent us here. We booked, we paid $50, and still, he was not listening to us. After forcing him, he made few calls inside his cabin, and every time he came out, sorry, I can’t let you go. You cancel it and refund will come. I said- “ I am not here for cancellation, either let us go or I 'll write a literally worst review which you 'll ever read ( which I am still doing)” and then I started taking pictures. He tried to stop us, and again made a call and then he allowed us to go. Check out was smooth. It was valet parking. But overall it was a horrible experience. we had to walk 7 blocks in rain to reach our venue. Rest new year party was great... happy new year"
