"Where do I even start with this garage? I made an online reservation for a spot to start parking at 6:30pm for a 7:30pm show and arrived around 6:25pm - I was immediately told the lot was full and they would not be able to park my car. I responded that I have a reservation, therefore they would have to park my car because I wasn't leaving without a refund or my car in the garage. The attendant got an attitude basically told me to leave and then walked away. Another attendant came over about 15 mins later (so 6:40pm) and tried to tell me again the lot was closed and full. I told him "I paid for a reservation and my car is being parked in this lot this evening). He walked away and made me wait for another 15 mins. We are now at 6:55pm and the attendant finally signals for me to pull down into the garage to park. When I got down there, I confirmed my reservation was prepaid and he asked what time would I be back and I said 11:00pm. He mentioned my reservation online was until 10:00pm and I asked him to adjust because I would be back closer to 11. He said "that's fine, I will put 11:00pm". After finally getting my ticket, I sprinted to my show - making it right before the doors closed. I came back around 11:01pm to pick up my car and it was a new attendant. He took my ticket and scanned it and the price was DOUBLE what I had originally paid - meaning I would have to pay more from what was already paid. I explained to him what happened at the beginning and he mentioned that the earlier attendants told SEVERAL people they would adjust the time but only the person who made the reservation can adjust it. So furiously I paid the difference so I could get my car. I also asked if the lot was really full and the PM attendant let me know that with my reservation there should have been no issue. That is the point of the reservation. BEWARE if you are parking your car before 7:00pm and coming back anytime after 11. You may be overcharged because the attendant isn't clear."

"Not sure of the other revi, but I had a great experience. Coming from Canada I was really skeptical of the parking options while staying at times square for 4N. I booked it through Groupon/parkingwhizz (they don't have much information there). Ipark has valet Parking only. Tipping was optional and they didn't expect anything and spoke little English. Procedure is simple: Drive in, leave your keys on dashboard and leave driver's side window door open. Take your ticket with you. For pickup just show your ticket and they bring it up within 10min. For me there were no damages or issues. I had prepaid oversize fee which was not applicable for Honda CRV. I asked Groupon for a refund."

"One of the guys was super rude and made me pay extra when I returned even though I had pre-payed. The new guy who brought my car up was nice though. The rude guy with grey hair should not be working here, he’s a very nasty person and seemed to be on something"
