"Don’t go here if you have a large car such as a 8 passenger escalade, made my reservation online. Got there the day after and the person working said “no we can’t take it because it’s too big” I get it’s not his fault but Icon why would you let me reserve and than when I try to cancel my reservation it won’t let me. Why would I pay for parking if i didn’t get be allowed in."

"Not trustworthy. The advertised price list for the garage showed that we should have been charged $28 dollars for the parking, but the attendant added hidden fees that were not on the advertised list and brought it up to $54. Very dishonest service. Not recommended at all."

"May 20th, 6.57am. We arrived with a BestParking reservation (it was paid already) and the man that was working there just approached us to say “there is not room for you”. I mentioned that I reserved and paid already and he said “going in the app and transfer it to another parking”. He has not idea how the app works and definitely no proud of the job he is doing. 5 min after I found another park, I went back to took this picture and a car was being received."

"Rude and aggressive behavior made all the more worse by lying about a system restriction. There was a really long line when I came in, so I left (live nearby) and came back (I was late by 3 mins on a 24 hr rental). He attempted to charge additional $35 dollars. Claimed "the system" won't allow him to change it. I attempted to call management and all numbers went to voice mail. I asked he speak to his supervisor and can hear him say (in Spanish) that I was late by 20 mins. Spoke to the Manager who agreed on the 24 hr rate especially since I attempted earlier. The attendant then demanded $10 more. I asked him to call the supervisor again. He shook his head, entered the rate and as I witnessed there is NO SYSTEM restriction forcing an extra $35 on a 3 min delay. Hertz next door has parking. These guys are a joke!"
