"This was by far one of the worst parking lot. Just that they are disrespectful the guy that came up to the car was telling me why am I still waiting after the other man had me waiting because I already have paid for and spots Hero and he was going to make room for me. The other man came up and was like well. You need to leave his phone so I was explaining to him what the other guy told me and he was like do you not get it? It’s full rude and disrespectful horrible parking lot terrible customer service, someone needs to check them"

"Literally paid on spot hero. I paid $37.45 on the receipt as shown. All of a sudden, after the concert at MSG, they charged me an additional $22.55. See receipt below for proof. The guy in the pic could care less and had terrible customer service. Multiple people complaining. Look elsewhere."

"I have a Sprinter van, which can be difficult to find parking for in NY, but I was glad they accepted me. However, upon arrival, I told the valets that I would be parking there for 3 days and I asked what the rate would be. They went to the manager and came back to tell me it would be $150. It sounded good to me so I accepted and parked my van here. When I arrived 2 days and 5 hours later to pay and leave, the manager informed me it would be $430!! I argued and asked for their written pricing because I wanted them to justify how they arrived at that price. He then pulled out a random binder with a pricing table and no specifics. I told him I would pay $150 because that's what I was originally told and he said I wouldn't be leaving the lot then. He said I could get the police involved if I wanted to. I then stated if I was going to pay that much then I should get monthly parking, based on the pricing on their signage as you can see in my picture. If course, he said they aren't doing monthly parking right now. The whole thing is a bait and switch and I wasn't the only customer arguing about the pricing being misrepresented. The manager, Jean had a line of people waiting to speak with him. If I wasn't in a hurry to get back to my job site then I would have loved to take him up on his offer to get the police involved because this place is a scam!"
