"I pre paid using spot hero app. When I got there and said I pre paid for spot he said it was full. But when my friend drove up after me and never mentioned spot hero he said $60 to park so he was trying to get three times the rate. Very rude and nasty attendant."

"STAY AWAY. Fernando is super nice but they tried to overcharge over $100 and told me to call the police. Very shady business tactics and they will try to shake you down for as much as they can."

"Entered with a perfect brand new car. Left with a major dent, which they denied causing. They must have doctored the ticket to allege prior damage that did not exist. I think that they must also write “damaged” on every ticket because they printed one as such before they could even see the driver side they damaged (I hadn’t even gotten out of the car yet). "Freaking expensive parking, but the staff is on it. You give them the car, they park it for you, you come back, give them the claim ticket, you pay and they give you your car back in one piece."
