"HORRIBLE rude manger and customer service I lost my ticket and had taken a pic of it on my phone and they refused to give me back my car even though it was only a hour after I had left and it was the same attendant helping me. They made more money while arguing with me for over a hour. What kind of sick people would leave someone stranded without a car ??!!!!…. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They’re scammers"

"Incredibly rude attendant. Just a few minutes after parking my friend discovered she left her wallet at home, and when she went immediately back for her car he refused to give her her keys until she paid for a full half hour, which it's hard to do without a wallet. We understand that a business can't just give away its services for free, but a little bit of humanity and understanding shouldn't be too much to ask for in the occasional extenuating circumstance. At the very least his demeanor in a customer facing position shouldn't be outright rude. There are plenty of other parking garage companies in the city with better customer service. Use them instead."

"Rude attendant, $85. In the morning, pressed for time, they told me the car was actually 20 minutes away at a different lot. I need to wait. Why didn’t anybody tell me this last night when I dropped the car off, so I could plan accordingly? I actually asked last night if there were in/out rights and they said yes - did they think I was going to wait 20 minutes for my car to drive to dinner - 45 minutes after I’d dropped it off?? Seriously - this was a huge discourtesy and of course this morning the attendant tried to explain “oh, we are very full.” Ok, I get it - but why didn’t you just mention that last night and I’d have woken up 10 minutes earlier and called the bell stand?"
