"Writing this as I've waited over an hour for my car. No one can provide an explanation and the "rules" of pickup have changed a few different times now. We were told if we didn't like it to call the cops... which we did because our car must not be here. I can't recommend parking here."

"Never, ever park here. It’s like a black hole that swallows your car. If you made the mistake of parking here, clear the rest of your day because chances are you’ll be waiting for hours to get it. Staff ignores customers, pretends to not understand questions, and when they do acknowledge you they’re extremely rude and hostile. A complete disaster."

"If I can give it a negative star I would. Over an hour wait to get your car. Rude attendants who clearly has favoritism, I saw clients to has the code to the key box & took their own car keys and their cars are just waiting there for them. Unbelievable waste of time. Never again."

"This is hands down the worst parking lot I've ever gone to. There are other parking lots in the vicinity for the same price. The only reason I chose this one is because this was the closest. I got here and there was a line of people. They take one car out at a time they don't even hustle. I've been here since 6:00 at night. It's now 7:04 and I still don't have my car and don't know when I'll get it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!"

"This is hands down the worst parking garage I've ever used in any city I've ever been to. When we dropped off our car, they asked when we'd return and we said 5:00. We show up at 4:58 and go through the process of checking out on the machine and then proceeded to wait a full hour before we got our car back. After 30 minutes we began to ask the employee what was taking so long and he rudely dismissed us and said, "we'd get it when we get it." and "first come first serve." We kept waiting and saw people coming in after us getting their cars, which they also waited upwards of a half hour for. When it hit the hour mark, we had to call the police and they told us to get our ticket back from the garage and we could press charges. The garage refused to give us our ticket back and they magically got our car to us after the police were called. I would give them zero stars. You'd literally be better off parking in the Bronx and taking a train, because it would take less time to get back to your car."
