SP+ Parking 200 Park Avenue Viaduct, Manhattan, New York 10166

"On 7/27/24 we parked at 200 Park Avenue garage through Park wiz.When we were waiting to get our car back we noticed people coming after us getting there cars.They were not busy and the cars were returned right in front of the waiting area.Eventually our car came way down by the exit near the wall.The next day we notice a large dent in the side panel near where the wall was.After many calls to the garages claims rep (never a callback) we were told that our claim was denied because we didn’t report damage until the next morning.Thanks to where they parked it.Clearly I would not recommend anyone parking at 200 Park Avenue"

"Update (that nobody tell it, even the associates here): Watch out for the time about picking up your car. I was 1 hour looking for any entrance because 1 am all the pedestrian entrances around the area are closed (every late night), so I had to walk a lot (doing my way as a car, literally) to enter to the parking area. So confusing (and nobody tells me about that). I'll try a refund because I had to pay 45 DOLLARS MORE because of that (30 minutes late)"

"This place sucks. Been here 25 minutes for my car. Theres 15 people waiting for their cars and they got 1 person their car in 15 minutes with 5 people walking around telling people where to pay but not getting anyone's cars. I've never seen a place so backer up. 1 lady called ahead for her car to be ready 35 minutes ago. 3 different people told her in on the lift on its way now. Nothing nothing comes up. Crazy."

"Noon. People standing around not knowing what the process is. Cars backing up. Looks like 2 people working. Long line at cashier. Cashier is parking cars. People frustrated. I am blocked in or I would leave. Cars blocking street. Take your own chances. Absolute joke of a business."
