"Shuttle was right on top of the hour. (So don't miss it). Check-in was in no time, in spite of 4-5 cars waiting ahead. The most excellent part was the way I got treated as we had to cut back short our vacation by 4 days early because of family issues. Diony (The supervisor) went ahead and took care of things going out of the way and helping us out with pick up of the car with no hassles. Would park again with them."
"My experience wasn't awful. But it wasn't the greatest either. The staff I encountered with was nice from dropping off and picking up. They had valet parking which was very convenient. The major issue I had was the shuttle. After arriving at 10am, they called for a shuttle that wasn't coming until 11:05a. Our flight was at 12:59p so we took an Uber instead. Which was good considering the line for TSA was super long and we would've barely made it on our flight. When arriving back, we called for a shuttle on the Way app since there was no number on the website. No one answered all 10 calls. So, again, we took an Uber. We pretty much paid an extra $60 in Uber costs for parking our car here. We won't be using this parking again. Also, take note that this is NOT 24 hour parking. So if your flight get delayed or cancelled. You're out of luck."
"O star! Please do not park there. Writing this review for myself and the other customers who were waiting at 6:30 am to either drop off or pick up their car. My reservation was for 6am and no one was there, no one picked up phone. Waitiled until I couldn't wait anymore and ended up parking at the Sheraton down the block and paying for an Uber. The older couple probably missed their flight. Another gentleman and his family slept in the airport the night before Because his flight was delayed and the lot closed..he got there first thing in the morning and was still waiting. Guess no one showed up for work..smh! I jist don't understand how they are in service... Keep in mind they are not 24hrs, which is probably the first mistake"
"Horrible. While my 3-year-old son and I were waiting for the shuttle I was barely updated or given information on when it was coming. I had to ask multiple times if there was indeed a free shuttle to the airport, which I was just answered with “yes” and no other details. We waited an hour and half to get the shuttle to the airport, which picked my son and I me up around the corner in front of Verizon on a busy street. We showed up to the parking garage 2.5 hours before our flight thinking we’d have about 2 hours at the airport, but got to the airport with just about an hour to get through security and to our gate. Very tough with a toddler. We just barely got to our gate before boarding was closed. Then, when we got back to NY at the airport, we waited an hour to be picked up from the airport and brought back to the parking garage, and they dropped someone off somewhere else first, so it was an hour and a half later that we got to our car. Will not recommend or be using this garage again."
"Queens crossings LAZ Park and Fly LGA covered valet parking was the worst parking I ever been to. I usually don’t write reviews but this had to be done in order to save someone the headache. I wasn’t able to park because they couldn’t offer a shuttle at the time I needed to make my flight in time. They were offering me a shuttle half an hour before I had to take my flight. And now they’re saying shuttle is complementary so you are on your own if they can’t have space for you in a shuttle. Also I called many times for a refund since I’m not park there. Out of those times twice they didn’t call back and twice they claim they couldn’t hear me after putting me in hold. It almost laughable and very frustrating at the same time."
