"I have been coming here for many years but quality of the cleaning has declined a lot. They just don’t care anymore. Have been waiting for a while but they are working on other cars while I’m waiting in the line. It’s very unprofessional. I saw workers are working themselves but customers are suffering. I definitely will look for another car wash even though it was conveniently located for me."

"Was a regular customer here but won’t be anymore. The quality of work really declined over the years. Got my car cleaned here and a few things to point out. 1) Even after specifically telling the guy receiving the car that I wanted my trunk mat cleaned, they not only did not clean the mat, they didn’t clean anything in the trunk and that includes vacuuming. 2) There was a whole line of under carriage soap visible that made my car look like it had spray foam on the driver underside. Didn’t have to look hard to see it. 3) My dashboard is full of lint/dirt still and my center console was not even touched. Lastly, I paid for “The Best”. If that is the best, then I’d rather not see what happens with standard. The wash took like 10 mins when in previous years, someone would be in there wiping things down thoroughly. Not expecting in depth as a detailer wash but at least wipe the interior down."

"I had truly disliked my experience here. When I pulled my car in, I made sure to ask the person exactly what my car needed. I recently had a leak inside and had powder in it after fixing the issue. So i needed deep cleaning and vacuuming. I paid for the armorall complete. There was still powder inside my car, there were stains still visible to the eye and all around my car.... i made a complaint. So someone came and cleaned lightly, and I was still very disappointed. Then the same guy from the beginning comes and I show him how they didn't do a good job. Then he says oh you had to pay for an even deeper cleaning.... what!? it's like a joke or something.... Such a waste of time, money & energy..."

"I went this afternoon and was impressed with how quick they worked and the quality of the job. I got the Gold Wash and with the SUV charge and a tip it came to just under $30. They gave me a $30 wash, and I'm happy with it. They cleaned the car well and didn't waste a lot of time in the process. Their waiting room is clean and the staff friendly. I will come back here again."
