"The parking garage is ok but the problem I have is that you have to make a wide turn if you drive a minivan and it is really tight turn. No problem with small car and small SUV ."

"We parked there Thurs Nov 15. We did the prepaid $18.00 parking from 10 AM to 6 PM. Staff was very helpful and flexible. They got our car so we could put stuff in it. We had to add 3 more hours of time and they called their manager to negotiate a price for us. It was the day of the big snow storm and we didnt want to drive home until the snow ended 3 hours later. Chris was very professional and the rest of the guys were very nice and they even suggested a restaurant. It was clean and there was a nice bright and warm waiting area. If I have to park in that area again I would park there - thanks so much guys!"

"Terrible terrible customer service and no clear indication of fees on signs listed on the entrance of garage. On Sunday November 18, 2018, my daughter and I parked in the garage because she had a HS audition. Upon entering I explained my reason for parking and I would be approximately 2 -3 hours. After finding out the audition process would take long I proceeded to the lot about 1 1/2 after I parked my car. The sign in the entrance of the lot states 2hrs and under the cost is approximately $25-26 dollars. However when I received my bill, my cost was $42 dollars. BIG DIFFERENCE! When I asked why the price was different from what I was being charged the attendant was very nasty in stating that the sign said the price is different on Sundays. Leaving the garage I checked and NO WHERE on that sign did it say there is a price difference on Sat and Sun. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW THAT MAY NEED PARKING IN THE AREA!"

"Excellent garage!!! Very clean, efficient and easy to access. If you are going to any of the venues at Lincoln Center you simply exit garage, go up the stairs and you arrive on the plaza to enter the venues. Note there is a clean bathroom available in the office as well!"

"One of the best parking garages ever used in NYC. Clean, quick service, convenient to Lincoln Center (elevator even goes up to plaza level with bridge over 65th Street). Would definitely use every time we go back to Lincoln Center!"
