Vehicle Size and Options:

If your vehicle is comparable in size to a Chevy Suburban (224.4" Length, 74.4" Height, 80.5" Width) or larger, please select the "Large SUV" option. We highly recommend contacting our facility before booking to confirm costs and parking clearances. Please note that even if the garage is equipped with car-lifts, an additional fee may apply to smaller vehicles, regardless of their actual dimensions.

Vehicle Restrictions:

- Large SUVs are defined as vehicles similar in size to a Chevy Suburban.

- Vehicles not accepted under this option include multi-passenger vans, cargo vans, flatbed trucks, and large commercial vehicles.

- For vans like the Ford F250, or anything larger, you must select the "Large Van" option.

- Passenger vans and trucks are not allowed and will be turned away.

Additional Fees:

We reserve the right to apply SUV or Large SUV rates at our parking staff's discretion. If you are unsure whether your vehicle qualifies as an SUV or Large SUV, please call us in advance for clarification. If your vehicle is oversized and you did not select the appropriate option during reservation, an additional fee will be charged upon checkout.

Luxury/Exotic Vehicles:

As part of our global policy, we reserve the right not to accept luxury or exotic vehicles at the discretion of our parking staff. For clarification, please contact us in advance.

Valet Services:

We provide only valet parking services unless otherwise noted. All customers must leave their car keys with our garage employees.
