"Scratched my car in the front, then backed it up into the wall, chipped the paint on the rear bumper. Manager admitted it, the filed a claim. A couple of weeks later claim department emailed me telling me they are not responsible. That’s how they run the business. Irresponsible, incompetent people"

"Its unfortunate that google wont allow me to give them -5 stars. If you are a responsible person who cares for their possessions and sanity I urge you to never park here. They have run a credit card scam on us, crashed our car TWICE, refused to pay for the damages. Then killed our battery by leaving the door open and jump started the car incorrectly causing thousands of dollars in additional damage that they again refused to cover. To call them criminals is a term I don’t take lightly. Save yourself the misery and learn from our mistakes. Don’t give these people your money."

"Parking garage attendant aggressive. Unsafe place to park. I was returning a Budget car rental to this garage. The garage attendant was extremely angry with me for blocking his way as he was trying to move cars around. I did not know where to go and I could not find anyone from budget to assist me. I asked for assistance more than once and the attendant continued to be angry and demand I move my car instead of directing me where to go. He eventually lunged at me attempting to grab my arm, kicked my (rental) car, smacked the car, and tried to block my path so I could not walk towards the budget rental office until I moved my car. I contacted the garage and budget but no repercussions have been made. The attendant still works there. Not a safe garage to be in. Do not ever park here."

"Vera is right, these guys are as unprofessional as it gets. They are constantly blocking the street with cars, not one or two every once and and a while but 5-10 at least 3 times a week. It makes it so other cars can't get by leading to constant honking. If this is how they take care of their neighbors I wouldn't trust them with my car for a second."

"Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We live across the street with a small child and hear tons of profanity from the attendants almost everyday!! I’m not about chit chat small talk, like hurling insults (yelling at top of their lungs) biggest profanities at guests, people in the street. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS until they fix this problem!!!!! I’m planning on calling police if it continues."
