"Monthly rate is not bad for the area but manager Ramon it’s lazy and unprofessional. Beware that he will act as he care about customers but in reality he isn’t. I had been parking for over 6 months paying daily rate which is 24 dollars and the time I decided to become monthly he decides and persuades his supervisors to charge me daily rate for an entire month ($838) in order to become monthly. This is not the way of treating recurring customers. Aside from that he’s not even capable of doing his job correctly. Instead of getting the car out for you he’ll give you the key so that you can go look do it."
