"I have prepaid with panda, but they still managed to charge extra fees, twice. The scam is they give you a ticket for your car and if you loose it or leave it in the car, they charge big time. They say that its the computer's fault (that it don't recognize the confirmation code), that it's not the place you paid for (even if the address and date are clearly written) and that the rebate with penda is only avalable while you're staying at the hotel... all lies very well prepared. Had to call the local police and my credit card company, still have to be refund... Eugenio was the guy working this day"
