MPG Parking (MP Mad 106) 1568 Madison Avenue, Manhattan, New York 10029

"Overcharge me for early bird special. I have a jeep and they claim because it’s oversized that they charge extra. Their outside display that shows the early bird says nothing about charging extra for bigger cars . Second the place is self parking and I parked in the same spots as the other “regUlar” size cars so why I do I have to pay extra. They barely speak English so communicating with staff to dispute the charge is hard. DO NOT PARK HERE! Not worth it ."

"I parked here between 11:30-4:30pm on a Tuesday March 26, 2024. The lot was mostly full except the roof. On the way out, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the attendant who was rude and unkind when I sought clarity about the fee charged and when I did not get a receipt. When I asked for a receipt after the machine did not give me one, he informed me that he could only give me an informal handwritten receipt. He offered it back to me with disdain. It is highly unfortunate, and made me feel badly about parking there."

"The morning of 07/13/2023 at approx 6:30am the attendant working in the parking garage office was pleasant, kind and attentive. The gentleman working the parking garage on 07/13/2023 at approx 3:30pm when I went to retrieve my car was very rude and unprofessional. It was confusing as to where to pay the cash payments and asking him for assistance was like asking him to remove his arm. He told me he could not take my payment and I had to pay at the machine but just pointed in a direction and walked away! Only getting three stars because the morning attendant was so pleasant."

"Its a parking garage , not mich you should expect for the aesthetics of the place. I park here for work a lot. Its usually full but you can leave your keys and get a ticket. They double park your car and later will put it in a spot. When you come to get your car they tell you what floor it is on. Elevator is very slow. Overall its just a parking garage. Of you work close its worth the thirty dollars for the day."

"We used this garage when we visited Sinai Hospital. Finding a weekday parking spot is like looking for the lost grail. Entering early gets you the special rate of twenty dollars for the day as opposed to the twelve dollars per half hour rate. Do not be intimidated by the fact that the levels are super crowded. Monthly pass cars not able to find a regular spot are parked in what is the up lane so there is only one lane left for cars to go up and go down! Daily users go up to the roof level where there are plenty of spaces. Take the elevator down. Credit cards are accepted. Took one star off for the overcrowding leading to only one lane."
