"I would have put a zero stars if I could, REALLY BAD SERVICE, he yelled at me, no respect to persons, he is lucky to have people parking there.I Do not recommend this."
"As other reviews suggest, terrible service, tried to park there 4 times for work over 2 months and they didn't honor the reservation 3 of the 4 time, and the one time they did made it sound like they are doing me a life saving favor. I park a lot accross the city a things like full lot happens from time to time, but never had such rude attendants."
"Avoid at all costs! Reserved a spot in advance through their website. When I got there the attendant yelled at me that they were full and that I had to leave. I asked at least for help with a refund and he just kept yelling at me in his broken english. Over the next week I called and emailed the company probably 10 times to no answer and eventually had to do a chargeback with my credit card company. I learned later from other people that they are among the worst in the city."
"Good Morning, I have never been this humiliated in my entire life. I was called a "Pus*y by a male attend name Julio Rosado at the 230 E 97th street location along with some other not so respectful names. I entered the garage at 7am on Sunday 1/22/2023 to simply park my car and go run my race in Central Park. I barely pulled in when the attendant shouted no parking for you, after indicating where I should pull up and stop. I have a reservation was my response. No, you cannot park, no spots. He then parks the 3 other cars behind me. The reason I couldn’t use your garage according to Julio is that I didn't correctly pull up to the line, never mind the fact that he would soon have my fob and can move the car. He refused to even look at the prepaid reservation. I then look around and although I still had the fob to my car that was running, the other attendant, Cesar, drove my car out of the garage. I went out and pulled the car back in. Now I'm upset and having fingers pointed in my face, called names, garage gate down with 3 men in a garage. An hour later we're at a standstill! I'm not moving because cars are being parked and I'm refused service. Since I already missed the race, I had nothing else to do but seek an explanation. As I walked out of the garage to get cell service, they pulled the gates down. Keeping a female locked in a garage with 3 men and no cell service. They eventually opened the gate. I’m sure you can account for this on your surveillance systems. I decided to wait for the police who were called on me several times. Four hours later, 4 cops, being locked in the garage by them at one point, being called pus*y many times and still no reason why I could not park other than I didn't hit the required line, yet everyone after me was out in less than 2 minutes. I expect something to be done! Yes, I'm African American and I hope that is not the reason. I will be making a formal complaint with every agency associated with parking, the city, as well as forwarding this to every local station. This is unacceptable for any human regardless of who they are. I don't want a refund, I don't want the race fee back, I want you to discipline and train your people. Sent Deb's iPad "what would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?""
"Made a reservation on the actual mpg site yet somehow when I get to the lot, they say the lot is full. Why even accept the reservation online? Funny thing is another car was leaving the same time as I got there and another one pulled in after I left... And yet I didn't see them having to pull out since the lot was "full." They definitely would get zero stars if possible. Be wary of placing a reservation at this spot."
