"I would really give this garage zero stars. They repeatedly scratch and dent people's cars. Including mine just a week ago! They park your car themselves. They ran my car into a curb and scratched the paint off my rims. On the drivers and passenger side!!"
"WARNING: PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK I parked here and when I received my car back, there was damage on my interior leather (drivers side door). I let the parking staff know and they told me to contact the main office. The main office has never contacted me back or responded at all. I would park somewhere else. Do not trust this place at all!"
"I was running late (traffic on 5th Avenue is horrible if you dont turn on 104th st and take an alternative avenue otherwise you can't turn till several streets down and only one lane available with so many vehicles double parked. Needless to say, the garage looked pack but they took my car. I came back an hour earlier than expected, so I probably waited less than 5mins but everything with car and in car was exactly how I left it and their hourly rate was reasonable and posted on the booth. I rely on another garage that's about a 10min walk because of the rate but I would definitely use MPG Parking with similar rate and a 30 second walk."
"Charged me 200 dollars for 2 nights. I'd recommend the Mount Sinai parking garage on 99th street instead. They don't rip you off like these guys do."
"Giving 1 start but could give zero stars if I could. My car was damaged by the staff on site and they are refusing to accept ownership. When my car was returned there was a basketball sized dent. It was an obvious fresh big dent that you can't miss. The driver roles up and positions the car to hide the dent but you can't hide it. It was just so big. The staff new immediately they were caught you can could just see it in there reactions. I say to the manager, you clearly backed in to my car lets check the tapes. Eduardo the manager there then told me they don't have any camera's on site to review.. it's NYC.. give me a break, there's millions of camera's. I then fill out a damage report and am told to contact Jamel. Jamel, was supposed to call me more then a month ago. still waiting on that. i am on VM 10 and email 28 without a returned phone call. i have in writing they would call and they never did. Honestly, the whole thing is just being handled poorly by MPG. They say they did an investigation to determine they didn't hit my car but ok if that is the case why not call me then? They know they hit my car, they're just being sketchy trying to get out of it. Normally i don't follow up like this with these certain kind of things but it's about doing what's right. They damaged my car and should fix it."
