"Taken my car here twice now and they’ve done a poor job vacuuming inside it. My car isn’t that dirty either. And there will still be dirt left behind. Paid for the platinum option both times. Disappointed with the vacuuming."

"Had a monthly car wash subscription after being pitched 1,000 times by the owner, was generally happy with the service. Had my wife follow me today who washes her car here and there. Got the basic for her, seats were hardly vacuumed, inside was barely wiped down exterior wasn’t much better. Called and spoke to the “manager” who was less than helpful, went back and canceled my monthly subscription. Plenty of other choices in the area. Lost a steady customer of at least 5+ years."

"Just left after paying $70 + for their quick detail... it says door jams, cup holders, etc... what I got wasn't even close. Currently at Walmart buying $70 + worth of stuff to finish what they should have done... never again!"

"They prices are good at this place. However, they do a rush job when vacuuming the cars. Even when it’s not busy. I still had debris and stuff all around my mats and especially when I lifted my front mats. Also, on the carpeting in the back seat mats. When I mentioned it the manager who takes care of things, he told me “it’s because of the carpeting you have in your car”. I drive a Toyota. Nothing special. My car has the same carpeting as every other car and if I’m paying $25, I’d like a proper vacuum. So when he personally vacuumed it, my carpet was suddenly not an issue and it was done properly. This place would be perfect if I didn’t have to go home and re vacuum my own carpeting every time after paying for a $25."

"I’m completely dissatisfied with this Car wash! I used to be a loyal customer at Frankie's car wash, but their service has completely gone downhill . Despite repeated visits, the quality remains poor. Zero attention to detail! Water on the seats, rushed service, improperly cleaned mirrors, dirty compartments post-service, and I even had to remind them about paid tire shine! Now, to add insult to injury, the owner has the audacity to offer me an unlimited membership? Not a chance, given the consistently mediocre service I've experienced. Save your money and look elsewhere."
