"Went there because my car hit a pothole on the FDR, was advised by the tow truck that I could only bring the vehicle there. I asked him what the damages were and he advised that he would not know until Monday. Monday came, he never contacted me. I requested for the insurance to take my vehicle to another location. He then advised of $ 250.00 storage fee for the 18 hrs my car was there because I “did not give him a chance” and when the insurance instructed him to give up the vehicle he proceeded to speak in his language and acted as if he did not hear the request. Long story short he had to be threatened with the police. He is a horrible human being."
