"I've been parking at this place for ten years and it is a disaster. Overpriced and unresponsive. They scraped my car once and never responded to the claim I filed. You cannot get in touch with an actual person in their office EVER--they simply keep you on an endless loop of recorded messages. Today was the last straw. I requested my car for 9am and arrived to learn (through an interpreter from next door, because none of the attendants speak English) that my car was on a lift that's broken, and wouldn't be available until the repairman comes "in a few hours." I am now scanning for alternative lots in the area. Whatever you do, AVOID THIS GARAGE and the frustration that will inevitably ensue if you park there."
"Awful. The clerk doesn’t adhere to the price policy. 2 hours=45 dollars. Shrugs and says it’s not my policy. 10 for the size and 35 for the stay. Sign price is completely different. Unable to find a price point of 35 dollars for under three hours at any time. Complaint filed with 311."
"Wow... in all my years I have never been to a garage that tried to gouge me so obviously in my entire time living in the city. Waving us in for $8 a half hour the manager sees my friends out of state license plate comes waves the attendant over and suddenly it’s $28! I laughed in the manager’s face, the attendant at least had the scruples to be embarrassed and apologize as we backed out."
"I took my family to visit Columbia University and parked my car there. I used the app called BestParking and it was $23 for the whole day. I prepaid it on the app and showed it to the cashier when I got there. The price was good and the location was good. It was near a subway station. The only thing I did not like about the place was the attendant. He was rude. I had to wait until he finished his conversation with his friend and he kept telling me to leave my key in the car as if I did understand him. We should all be nice to each other."
"Terrible experience, saw an employee rummaging through the backseat of a Mercedes SUV that I confirmed was not his. Charged me ten dollars for being there for about 5 min, got it all on film. Do not trust these guys. Can't get ahold of customer service"
