"I left my car there over a weekend and after picking it up, there was a crack in my window that wasn't there before. The attendant was rude and unhelpful when i asked for him to check the cameras, or at least give me some kind of solution. I called the next day to talk to the manager, and he did not do anything at all. He just said to email the support desk, which i did and never got a response. I called iPark and left voicemails, and no one ever picks up or follows up. Call your garbage man, because the customer service is trash."

"I've used this garage for the past two years without major issues. Monthly rates are one of the best for Manhattan and they typically are on point when requesting my vehicle. I've had to wait at least twice as the vehicle wasn't ready when promised with a 10 min wait. Pedro the manager is great."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people they have working there Fausto, Pedro and Juan are very unprofessional and irresponsible. This month I went to pick up my car and found it covered in mud (the wheels, wheel covers, and sides) and the front plate was smashed. The person addressing claims told me he looked at the cameras and said I returned my car in that condition. I only use my car on weekends to pick up my family and these low-life crooks used it over the week and denied it. They play the deaf, dumb and blind card every time a customer finds his/her car damaged and blame it on the customer. The police have often been called to this garage, many customers have filed claims and had to be persistent to hold the employees and ipark accountable for their actions. Unfortunately, the culture at this garage is full of hypocrisy and lies. Find another garage in a better location. Stay away from this place."

"This is not a 24 hour parking they close even the police told me that nobody’s here overnight for 5 AM miss you trying to pick up the car forget about it calling one hour before and getting your car being ready you should forget about it because nobody’s picking up the phone until you come here and then there is no chance to complain and to say why are you been waiting for one or two hours in front of the door and wasting your time not being on the road. Avoid this place if you can.."

"one of the LEAST expensive monthly parking garages in manhattan. Every time I call in advance my car is ready and waiting for me . also they offer a car wash service. All the people I've met who work there have been more than pleasant. 124th and second ave makes it a very easy location to get your car and get out of the city"
