"I have parked in this 24 hour garage before, the process was to leave your car at the entrance and the attendant takes your car in. They are always a bit slow and not very polite, but they are in my friends building. Last week I parked to have dinner with my friend. When I cam out at 12:15 to get my car, the lot was closed, no one answered the bell. There was no exterior sign saying the lot was closed. My friend who is a tenant had the phone number of the owner. When I called and asked to retrieve my car, he became loud and rude. I politely explained that I lived in NJ, needed my car and that there was no sign posted indicating the lot closed at 12. He stated that there was a notice INSIDE the garage and refused to send someone to let me out of the garage,. He then proceeded to let loose a string of expletives and made some vulgar suggestions on what I could do to myself. He was out of control. No person, let alone a small business owner should ever speak to a customer that way. When I went to retrieve my car the next day, there was a tiny pasted on addition to the interior board that now showed they closed at midnight. It was not visible to any entering patron as you are not allowed to pull fully into the garage, the attendant takes your car. I would never park there again and would not recommend that anyone use this lot."

"They literally deny my service although I already paid with SpotHero. They tell me they’re full but take me after I complain. I literally told the guy this is my last time coming her. JUST because it’s always something where they’re “full”"

"Car damaged by attendant. Had to file a claim with my insurance company to get it fixed. The manager denied damage was done there even though I took pictures at the garage and notified the attendant. He made up lies to my insurance company. Do not park here."
