"Among the “better” MPG lots because it is self-park, so damage is minimal. The ingress and egress gates sometimes malfunction and the FOB machine sits behind a curb on an elevated plane, which is poorly lit, so watch out for your rims. The elevator has been labeled as “being repaired” for the past four months since I came here. Not an issue for me since I don’t mind the stairs, but be wary if you have a disability. I have yet to see any repairs being done, which leaves the poorly lit, dank, and at times disgusting stairs. I haven’t had any safety issues, but it def gives the feeling of a stairway in the projects. Some people, who are “that New Yorker,” just park their cars in the middle of the two-way lanes to be closer to the stairs, which is illegal as signs prohibit it, dangerous as the corners are blind and they are taking up a lane, and simply put is a selfish a-hole move. It has been reported several times, yet the same three cars park there over and over again. They have no problem booting cars that don’t pay. Boot these people and get control of your garage that we all pay for. At the end of the day. You get a covered parking lot with no elevator."

"Attendant not on site at 11 AM on a Thursday, and no clear way to self park. I had to find another garage. Yeah, I am a Jersey knucklehead that drives in, so what? I will give this garage two stars because the prices are quite good and it is pretty accessible from the GWB. I'm not likely to return, however."
