"It seems odd to write a review of a parking garage, but here it is. I live in Connecticut and my daughter had to have heart surgery at NY Presbyterian. After surgery, while they moved her to the ICU I needed to get my bag from the car (I valet at the entry). They were so helpful that I needed to write this review. I was an extremely distraught father and I am sure I looked horrible. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. I have parked there every day since (running home and back) and they are always nice, and always helpful."
