"Honestly 1 star is generous but unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. The attendant was extremely rude. When we pulled in he didn't Saya single word to me and came over to my window and just shook his finger and walked away. My fiancée went out to tell him that we already paid for parking but he was telling her that he only accepts monthly parkers. The attendant doesn't speak much English but that doesn't stop him from being extremely rude to us. I will not be using Ipark in the foreseeable future because my experience was absolutely dreadful."

"It was shocking how rude the attendant is, and I can see based on other reviews that this isn't the only incident. I called hoping to check for available spots, but I was hung-up on twice for asking a clarifying question. Clearly this company doesn't care about anything but the bucks. They're letting one person be the face of the company and they're OK with it."

"Reserved a space on their (iPark) app to be greeted by very aggressive and extremely rude parking attendant telling me lot is full and it’s not his problem. That may be the case, but quite why he needs to treat people so rudely is beyond me. Never again will use any iPark lots and / or their app. Fingers crossed I can get a refund now for the spot I reserved and paid for !!!"
