"Excellent place to park your car. We specialize in providing good customer service. Please look around you and specifically on the glass of the office there is a neon sign that specifies the prices for your vehicle as well as what you left in it. You will find the car intact because it is important to us that your property will be taken care of. The car drivers will only put their hand on the steering wheel, gear lever and rearview mirrors. Please note that when you park your vehicle, you will be given a ticket for its pick-up. lose it and read it very well because if you lose it the clerk will ask you for registration and driving license and it will take time to make a copy and it will be sent when he has his free moment, that is, if he is busy or the client arrives, you will have to wait... better not lose it we hope you visit us"

"Excellent place to park"
"On Saturday night I parked my car for two hours at RR292 Parking. When I went to pick it up, the clerk told me I owed him $40, payable only in cash. When I asked him for an explanation, he told me that it was due to a promotion on the weekends, and that it included 24 hours of parking. When I asked him why that wasn't advertised anywhere in the place, and why he didn't warn me about it either, he shrugged. Seeing me without more resources, because he told me that if I didn't pay he wouldn't give me the car keys, I demanded that he give me a ticket. He first said that the parking lot does not give tickets. When I told him that I would not leave without a piece of paper, he went to the booth and brought me a rather dubious and, to say the least, unprofessional ticket. On Monday I called the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) to make a complaint. DCA contacted the person in charge of the company, who told him that I had not parked my car in his parking lot, because the ticket that I was attaching did not coincide with those given by his company. To prove his claim, he sent the DCA agent a photo of the receipts they give their customers. Curiously, the two tickets are identical, except that mine, the employee that night, through a manipulation of the machine, printed it without the address of the establishment. In all the rest they were evidently printed by the same machine: the same typography, ink and layout of the body of the text. Please, you can contrast the two photos below this comment. Unfortunately, the role of DCA is only to act as mediators. And since the business manager did not want to cooperate, the case was closed. What I initially thought was the abuse of an unscrupulous employee who works at night and with little supervision turned out to be, to my great surprise, a scam deliberately set up by the company's management. Please, take note."
"Great service, thanks !"
