"It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this is the worst run most incompetent parking garage in all of New York City and that’s saying something. Why I’ve let them park my car as many times as I have is truly my own fault but I won’t make the mistake again. Truly abysmal experiences every time."

"Two Saturday late nights almost in a row where the gate was closed....no one was in the booth ....and they even had the nerve to leave a sign saying they would be back in 30 mins...only to leave a another customer out for at least 50 mins leaving him stranded without his car. Ridiculous. EDIT UPDATE. Since this review, the mgmt actually contacted me and listened to my complaint. The issue was handled. Even though I still think that there are moments when there is long wait time due to the sheer volume of cars being checked in and out and there is only one staff member present to handle it, I must say that the crew (managed by my main man Dez) are all pleasant and hard working. Based on the customer service and pivot from my initial experience, I've added some stars."

"Beware! Absolutely no responsibility or accountability over services rendered. I have been parking here for 5+ years under previous management since the take over, no longer can you call for your car to be ready (no one answers the phone) on most mornings you end up picking up your own vehicle on the ramp. Little oversight. Noticed damages to my bumper, had to jump through hoops to make a proper report only to be denied. Do NOT take your luxury vehicle to this lot. It will not be returned to you in the same condition you dropped it off in."
