"Very expensive and very bad, don’t waste your money here. The initial greet is very nice and warm, once you pay it goes down hill. The guys outside cleaning very rude and not welcoming at all, specifically the older gentle with the red bandana head scarf, Just very miserable. I use to love this car wash but it’s been going downfall for years now, $40 down the drain."

"Im am so upset with this poor service this is the second time they did this.I didn't think much of it but i think if im paying 34.75 at least clean my doors and vacuum my trunk.But according to the only lady that cleans the cars she said its not included in the service. "I am not one typically to leave a bad review but I’m so disappointed. I just took my new Mitsubishi Outlander to this car wash and it turned out to be the worst wash I've ever had. Firstly, the exterior of my car was left with visible marks and dirt all around. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail shown by the car wash staff. The pictures attached speak volumes about the poor quality of their work. Not only was the exterior bad, but the interior of my car was also completely neglected. It looked as if it hadn't been touched at all. There was still dirt, dust, and stains on the seats, floor mats, and dashboard. It's such a commercial process that they leave no time to inspect the job before making you pull out of their driveway. I cannot believe that I charged for a full car wash but didn't even bother to clean the outside or inside properly. Save your money and go somewhere else where your car will be treated with the care it deserves. See photos attached."

"If you ever have had someone throw up in your car, you know the frustration that comes along with trying to find a professional to detail your car. Paulison Car Wash and Detailing was open on Sunday and ready to help me. After 2 days the smell is almost gone and virtually un-noticeable. The owner assured me it would go away and he wasn’t kidding. I really thought I would need a second detail but I am confident in their work. The owner also assured me that if for any reason the smell does not fully dissipate then I can return and they will treat the problem again. Now that is reassurance that allows me to feel at ease and happy with my decision to detail my car at Paulison car wash and detail. With all the options available out there like mobile detail I’m glad I chose Paulison, because It’s an existing concrete business you take your car to and it’s been around forever! They did a phenomenal job my car feels like new and smells great!!!"
