"I was hit by one of their drivers on the road. The owner immediately offered to fix the damage to my car. I gave them a chance. I was given the run around several times. The work that was done was efficient but the owner promised times when he himself was never going to work on the car himself. I made the decision to wait with my vehicle as I didn't trust the services. The owner promised it would take a few hours. I sat for 8 hours. I had to come back to get the rest of the work done. I came back several times with no help. The owner offered himself to complete the job but I refused as it was clear he did not know what he would be doing. He also optioned me to sand my own car. Let me remind you, I was rear ended by one of the drivers as I waited to make a right hand turn. I turned away any further services."

"I had a broken flex-pipe in my exhaust. It is part of an assembly that includes TWO catalytic converters, so replacing it would be very expensive. Speed Muffler was able to cut out the bad section and weld in a new one for about a fifth of the price my mechanic wanted to replace the whole assembly. They were able to help me immediately. I don't know anything about welding, but it seems to work! The place is pretty informal. No written estimate. No receipt. No sales tax. Baby in a stroller next to the tire mounting machine. One guy hit me up for pocket change while I was waiting. Definitely helps to know a little Spanish. The place is not for everybody, but it seems to be exactly what I needed."

"Called Jose to come in to adjust my exhaust on my Dodge Charger. He closed at 6 but said come in. It took me 30 mins after he closed to get there. He waited for me and took me in and did his magic. Nothing bad to say at all. Great work and took care of me even tho he was closed."
