"bad paint work on my car. That guy Alex isn’t reliable, he has no conscience,trust me I’m telling you from experience he doesn’t care about customer satisfaction but his money and his pocket, he charged me $600 for garbage paint work, he promised me that my car would come out perfect but it came out bad . The white paint doesn’t match on my rear door, it looks white mixed with yellow, I had to leave the car twice for 5 days at the shop. First time he said that my car is ready so When I came to pick up the car ,the paint didn’t come out good, the white color doesn’t match and it looks that he painted half of the door only , then he told me to leave the car for another day to fix his own mess but when I came the second time, the paint didn’t match and I found a scratch on my rear panel.Now I have to go to another body shop to fix his mess on my car. People be careful, this place is a scam , I will never come back. Very disappointed"

"I don’t recommend bringing your car here. My local dealership sent my 2019 Lexus to this body shop after it was involved in an accident. Was unable to get an update from them about when my car would be ready for six weeks, When they finally told me the car was ready I went to go pick it up and the car CLEARLY had used parts, they were scratched and dented and looked worse than they did when I dropped the car off. I expressed how dissatisfied I was with the service, they asked me to bring the car back in and they will fix all my concerns, as well as give me a rental car. When I arrived to drop off the car Walter (who i’m told is the owner of the shop) was not there so I had to put down my own credit card for the rental car and told Walter he would just have to walk down to the rental location when he had a free moment to put his company card down. When my car was ready to picked up, it still had used parts and I was told that the parts needed were backordered and they would let me know when the parts came in. That was six months and I haven’t heard back from them, and I’ve also found out that Walter did NOT hold up his end of the bargain, and did not pay for the rental car, so I was charged ANOTHER $300 on top of not having my car fixed. This place is a scam, do not bring your vehicles here unless you want subpar service."

Black Diamond is a rare color from GM only offered of the Cadillac. Nobody would ever know the front bumper was replaced, they matched it flawlessly! I couldn't be happier with the color, perfect fit, and fast turn around time. Thanks a million!!"
