"I am a loyal customer of this Shell. I do instacart and come here several times a day, every day for beakfast/lunch and coffee. The employees are amazing! Very friendly and always eager to go above and beyond to help. My issue is the ice make has been broken for weeks now! I'm unable to make my ice coffee or get ice for my drinks and really don't want to have to go elsewhere. Also the restroom door does not lock anymore and the poor employees stand guard in front of the door to ensure nobody comes in. These issues needs to be addressed by the owners or they are going to loose a lot of customers."
