"Reading the reviews it looks like this company only looks out for their clients and not for the damage that their clients have caused. I have been dealing with this company since July 20th 2023 and they have been giving me the runaround about getting my car fixed. Their client hit my car on July 19th and it is now September 26th and my car is still damaged. I have an advisor, Donna, but I have spoken to everyone else except for her. I sent an email as soon as I was given her information and I never received a response. When I call no one answers until after an hour and 15 minutes. I was told on August 28th that the check would be sent out that week. It was never sent. We called back again still nothing. My boyfriend called today and was told that the check was mailed out last week and we should have received it already. Again we still have nothing. Now they are saying that they will have to mail out another one. Here I am still waiting for a check from an accident that happened over 2 months ago. When this accident first happened, this company told me that they were 3 weeks behind and I should file this claim through my insurance company so that I can go ahead and get my car fixed. Why should I have to pay a deductible to my insurance company when YOUR client hit my car? I should've known then that this was going to be a long drawn out process. But we are way past 3 weeks. We are now 2 and a half months in. This is ridiculous."
