"I have been using Wolfie's Car Wash services for about a year. Their service is good, prices are right and their personnel is especially friendly and helpful going beyond their car wash services. I pulled up to Wolfie's a week ago to get my car washed before traveling down to VA the next day. The manager, Matt, heard a strange noise coming from the hood of my car and asked me to pop the hood. I couldn't hear the noise until I stepped out of the car. He called it- there was a problem with my AC compressor and I took it to my mechanic right away. My mechanic agreed and told me I will eventually need a new one next summer but was able to fix the problem before my trip. So, a heartfelt thank you to Matt at Wolfie's for excellent service and for watching out for me and my car!"

"Great place to get your car washed, even better staff! Matt has helped me on a couple of occasions and needs a raise or to be promoted. Management material if not already a manager. Honestly someone that is genuine, an overall good person and hard worker and that is super rare to find. Don't lose him! Thanks for everything!"

"Their track was glitching out, and they kept insisting I was not in neutral, which I was. They told me that in order to try again, I had to get behind all other cars again ( 6-7 cars). They did refund my $8 as if that was the only thing I lost by coming to their car wash. Edited to address response: It doesn't take a genius to put a car in neutral. Your track glitched out, and that is OK - it happens - and doesn't earn you a 1 star review. Asking me to go behind the line to try again does. Your employees were not trained in the mechanics of the facility or customer service. Now I see why. Instead of taking responsibility you embark on a long winded gaslighting response, as you do with all other less than 5 star reviews. That is why honest reviews are important."

"3 stars for customer service $20 is $20, but I’m not satisfied with the final results. 1) I suggest an open, or wider, space for vehicles to come in and out of. The pick up in front of me had to maneuver a number of times to get in. Fine, he got in with the assistance of 2 employees. 2) A wider space when exiting for towel dry. Also, they only had 2 young adults drying off the vehicles. The line had to move quick to speed up the process; again, because only 1 vehicle fits in the space off the exit and only 2 employees drying off. I didn’t see much of a difference than what I went in with."

"Went today because my car was extremely dirty from parking under a tree. Kaylee and Will did an excellent job of taking their time and making sure everything came off and the car was clean. Very kind staff and extreme attention to detail. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great car wash at a very reasonable price."
